The Idiot Boxers – Episode 31

In this very special episode: The Idiots celebrate Mother’s Day by talking about television, even though Kevin doesn’t seem too excited about the whole thing. Merrill makes up for it with passion about everything from the return of Flashpoint to Percy the bad guy on Nikita. Sadly, Kevin can barely muster enough excitement for more Doctor Who and the return of South Park goodness. After rattling off a nice array of TV news, the Idiots chat about some DVDs and lay down some rather bizarre recommendations.

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 30

In this very special episode: Because the Idiots are welcoming of all faiths, the Idiot Easter recording begins with Kevin asking some major theological questions. Yet somehow, the episode derails into discussions about shower sex. Still, the Idiots manage to talk about what they thought rocked and sucked in the past two weeks, with Kevin bringing out some claws for a handful to shows and Merrill sounding like the nice guy. After some TV news and a somber nod to Elisabeth Sladen, the Idiots move on to some sound offs, DVD picks and Idiot Recommendations.

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 19

In this very special episode: The Idiots are facing holiday fatigue and the burdens of November Sweeps. Kevin faces the challenges by refusing to catch up on his stories, while Merrill pushes ahead and tries to watch everything on television. The first big casualty of the season is the loss of a “Sound Off”-only segment, which was absorbed into the final segment like so much turkey in Kevin’s belly. They have a smack-down over Conan, and later Merrill reveals too much about his excitement for The Golden Girls complete series package. Yikes!

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 18

The Idiots get off to a slow start, but soon fatigue and irritation at political correctness cause Kevin to start swearing and daring to say evern worse words. (Again… sorry, Dawn from California.) After the basic discussion of what rocked and what sucked, Merrill’s ass falls off his body, and he smacks his head into the desk. They also sound off about South Park and election advertising before the Idiot Recommendations, which may or may not include a variety show version of the SuperFriends.
