Second Reel Ep. 23 – The 4th Annual 24-Hour Ohio Horror Marathon

On This Episode: Now that the days are getting cooler and the nights are getting longer, it’s time to look ahead towards October. That means Halloween is coming, and horror movies will be filling our days and nights. That also means that it’s time for the annual 24-hour Ohio Horror Marathon. Kevin welcomes back long-time marathon fanatic and Master of Scaremonies Joe Neff to join him in the Magical Studio in the Sky. They’ll look at all the films coming up for the 24-hour day of madness. The marathon this year runs from 12 noon October 20th until 12 noon October 21st at the Grandview Theater in Grandview, Ohio. In addition to the films discussed, there might be a premiere or two, plus classic trailers, short subjects, cartoons and other special features to keep you screaming all night long. One of us. One of us!

Second Reel Ep. 22 – The 29th Annual 24-Hour Ohio Science Fiction Marathon

On This Episode: It’s springtime. It’s May. There’s another threat of a world apocalypse/rapture. That means it’s time for the annual 24-hour Ohio Science Fiction Marathon. Kevin welcomes long-time marathon friend and historian Joe Neff back to the Magical Studio in the Sky to look at this year’s confirmed list of films. The marathon this year runs from 12 noon May 19th until 12 noon May 20th at the Drexel Theater in Bexely, Ohio.
