In this very special episode: The Idiots gather once again in the Magical Studio in the Sky to make it across the bridge of regular-season shows and the summer-seasons series. Even though there wasn’t much happening on the television front these past couple weeks, they find some things to talk about, including Kevin’s shenanigans at his sister’s wedding and Merrill being a lightning rod for Prometheus haters. They do manage to talk about some really depressing television news, along with a handful of reviews. And Merrill has also managed to join the world of the enlightened by catching up on Cougar Town. Finally, it’s a sound-off, DVDs and recommendations before they Idiots head off into the summer.

In this very special episode: For Memorial Day weekend, the Idiots give a heartfelt thanks to all men and women in the military who have served the country, and they take a moment to remember those who have fallen. They then take some time to talk TV news and go through a slate of season (and series) finales. After stumbling into discussions about Slip ‘N’ Slides, Kevin Smith’s hypocrisy and Will Smith’s (so far) bulletproof charisma, they settle into some DVD suggestions, two Sound-Offs and an Idiot Recommendation. The Idiots then prepare to face the summer season of television and say good-bye to their loyal fans in Kenya and Ireland.

In this very special episode: The Idiots are on fire this week, both for television and for movies. They open up their first segment with a discussion of Marvel films and the insanity around spoilers and regional screenings. Kevin also throws some love to the Ohio 24-Hour Sci-Fi Marathon (and stay tuned for a Second Reel episode on that). Then it’s into the television news, which is pretty hearty this week and open for discussion. Next, the Idiots talk about various television shows they watched, including a scathingly sexist (not really) rant about Girls. Finally, they lay down some recommendations and DVD picks before assembling their way out of here.

In this very special episode: The Idiots recover from April Fools by not winning the lottery and continuing to watch the small amount of interesting television that is still out there. They take an opportunity to answer a listener email then move along to television news. After some reviewing of shows, they each give out some recommendations and sound-offs. Oh, and there’s a bit of an autotuning going on, which will make the show all that more awesome.

In this very special episode: The Idiot Boxers are back for a fun-filled episode of cynicism, swearing and really offensive rants about celebrity worship and the death of Whitney Houston (and they apologize in advance for what is said in the show). They also talk about the latest TV news and get down with some reviews, including a scathing analysis of Kevin Smith’s Comic Book Men. But since Merrill had such a great week, there’s few things Kevin can say to bring him down. Poor kid. Later, they sound-off about Netflix viewership, then offer some DVD suggestions and Idiot Recommendation. It’s been a long couple weeks between episodes, but the Idiots make sure to not disappoint with their unique analysis of the idiocy happening in the world of entertainment. As Whitney Cummings circa 1998 would say, it’s their jam!

In this very special episode: With most of the season finales out of the way, the Idiots get ready for a short show… until they find FozzieBare squatting in the Magical Studio in the Sky. The more the merrier in Idiotville, so they invite Fozzie to join the show. Apparently the Rapture happens in the middle of the show because Fozzie disappears. But that doesn’t stop the Idiots from talking about what rocked, what sucked, TV news and how pornography can affect a podcast.

In this very special episode: There have been major changes to The Idiot Boxers podcast. The review segments have been shifted around, focusing more on what the Idiots thought rocked and what they thought sucked. This (and an alleged kidnapping of Merrill and Kevin) led to a summer hiatus for the past month, but the Idiots are back on the couch, ready to talk TV. And yes, surprise surprise, Merrill is going to talk about Flashpoint this week. They also cover such diverse subjects as college evangelists, masturbation, Asian subtitles and what Kevin wants to do to Piper Perabo’s caboose.
