The Idiot Boxers – Episode 62
In this very special episode: The Idiots hit a variety of topics this week, starting with some reactions to the Aurora theater shootings and shaming people on both sides of the aisle for politicizing the tragedy. They also rip box office whore Nikki Finke a couple new ones for her reporting on the event. (Note: If you want to skip these elements of the podcast, scoot ahead to the 22:00 mark to hear the normal Idiot Boxers shenanigans.) Then the Idiots talk about other things that have been on their minds, including traffic accidents, kids playing poker and anal sex. Then the Idiots move on to talk about just a few items of TV news and an iTunes review. After reviewing a handful of shows, Kevin has a sound-off and DVD recommendations while Merrill gives a shout-out to a new web series in the Idiot Recommendations.

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 47
In this very special episode: Before the Idiots take off to celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah and eventually the New Year, they squeeze one last show into 2011. They talk about their holiday plans and the toils of potty training. Then, they get serious for a moment to talk about the problems with SOPA. After this, it’s into the news segment to talk about the latest stories about television. After rattling through the shows that they found most interesting these past two weeks, Merrill offers a sound-off about a possible groundbreaking distribution model from Louis CK. Finally, it’s the DVD picks and then a final farewell to the television of 2011.

In this very special episode: It’s November sweeps, and the Idiots are damn tired of watching television. Merrill overdosed on pretty much every program he follows while Kevin mistakenly swept all the rooms in his house. The Idiots chat about disasters in The Cheesecake Factory and the new Twilight movie. Then they launch into plenty of TV news before running down the shows. After a meaty segment about the good shows on TV, they head into the Sound-Off segment and the DVD recommendations. Then they quickly race out of the Magical Studio in the Sky so they can get ready for Turkey Day coming up this week.

The Idiot Boxers – Episode 43

The Idiots start off by chatting about the New York Comic Con, the 24-Hour Horror Movie Marathon and various ailments in their respective families. Then it’s on to news about TV before launching into a look at what they’ve been watching. Kevin bemoans horror-themed television programs while Merrill continues to jizz all over Flashpoint.
