Episode 297 – Miserahhhhllllggghh

Posted on December 27, 2012

This Week: Taking full credit for the end of the world not happening last week, Kevin and Kristin triumphantly return to the Magical Studio in the Sky to celebrate the end of the year. Of course, with all the movies already opening on Christmas Day (which was this past Tuesday, folks), they’re a little behind already. That doesn’t stop them from talking about Parental Guidance, Django Unchained and Les Miserables, which Kevin cannot pronounce. They also talk about the great cinematic moments of 2012 and look ahead to what they’re anticipating in 2013.

Posted on July 30, 2010

On This Week’s Show: Neil is busy this week, so Kevin invites Ryan Gallagher from CriterionCast.com to the Magical Studio in the Sky to talk about this week’s movies. They don’t fight like Cats & Dogs and sit down at a Dinner for Schmucks to try and figure out what the hell Charlie St. Cloud is about. Kevin also asks Ryan about his experiences at Comic-Con and how he used his vegan psychic powers to avoid getting stabbed in the eye in Hall H. They discuss the ratings system and whether PG-13 movies should warn about Santa Claus spoilers before throwing down a Fat Guy Five about good talking animal movies and handing down some DVD and Blu-ray picks.
