Just because I’m not a fan of Nicholas Sparks isn’t going to stop me from recommending “The Last Song” to its target audience. If you love this sort of story, the mildly forbidden southern summer romance with a healthy dose of human tragedy, you’ll gobble this movie up and weep like a baby at it.
